TalentSpring Beta 2

TalentSpring Beta 2 is live now, with pretty big improvements to UI. I haven't checked everything out yet, but I got a demo a couple weeks ago from the CEO (as an ongoing investor in the company).

Big step forward, I'm hoping for the best for everyone at the company.

I'm also really hoping they're done with big-bang releases and can get into a better rhythm.
