It turns out that the kidney stone started down the ureter, then decided it didn't like the looks of things and went back up into the kidney.
That was a new one by my urologist.
I say, that was a new one by my urologist.
In other news, another stone has formed in the other kidney but hasn't mustered the courage to make a break for it yet.
